1) How can I get the Training Course after I'm made the payment?
- Actually this is not a physical product and you can get the training course on the spot. After the payment made, you will automatically redirect to a thank you page, after that you will receive an email with your accounts details shortly after your order has processed. So you can download the training course.  

2) How about the payment? Will i need to payment monthly or any extra fees?
- No, this is a ONE Time (one off) payment

3) Is there a preview I can view, before I decide to purchase?
- You may view the preview to our course here

4) Currently I don't have the credit card or Paypal.com account. How can I make the payment? Can I send the cash for you?
- No, please DON'T send the cash by mail. Because it will always missing on the half way! Beside the Credit Card/Debit Card or Paypal account, you can send the payment by Western Union or Money Gram. Where they are money transfer service agents worldwide. If you want this type of services, please send me an Email and i will provide the information for you by email.

5) Can i ask my cousin (who has the Paypal account) help me to pay your training course?
-Yes, you can. But make sure your cousin know he/she paid to who. When using the Paypal account or Credit Card to buy this course, their Paypal account will show this transaction as "LAPTOPREPAI" or Credit Card statement will show as "PAYPAL *LAPTOPREPAI".

6) Why after I paid the payment haven't receive any training course download link in my email inbox?
- Please double check your Paypal email address inbox. Because the merchant system will automatically sent the training course download link to their Paypal account email address inbox.

7) Will I receive future updates for Course, and will I be notified via email?
- Yes! We've already added a few updates to the course within the last few weeks. Current subscribers were immediately notified of these updates via email.

8) you'll honestly refund my money within 30 days if I'm not happy with your course?
- Of course we’ll be sad if you choose to return the Training Course, and we’ll do anything we can to help you with specific laptop-related problems you have. But at the end of the day we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We’d obviously love to provide superior customer service and help you in any way that we can, if possible, but if the Training Course don’t live up to your expectations we’ll honor a refund request within 30 days from the purchase date.
